By browsing, accesing, using or registering on this Site or otherwise using our Services, you are agreeing to all of the following Terms and Conditions, including any policies reffered to these terms.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. We reserve the right to change this Site and these Terms at any time.

If you are unwilling to be bound by these Terms, you should not browse, access, use or register on the Site.

The agreement between Customer and Agency comes into force as soon as Agency provides written confirmation of a booking to Customer by any mean. Customers undertake to fulfil the obligations contained within these terms and conditions.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION

When you use this Site, or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to recive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this Site or throuhg our other services. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communication that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirements that such communications be in writing.

PRICING AND CONTENT

Agency reserves the right to make modifications to the prices made public in case of drastic changes in transport prices and other services.

The prices of our tour are listed in HRK – official Croatian currency and EURO.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

When booking online, Customer accepts all timetables presented online and arranged together with guides.

Agency can tolerate Customer delays up to 15 minutes without prior notice.

In case of delay for check in and registration for the tour that is more than 15 minutes, Agency in exceptional cases has right to cancel Customers booking.

In case of being late more than 15 minutes from the arranged departure point without contacting your tour guide or agency representative, Agency reserves the right to leave without those Customers who didn't show up.

In this case Customer does not have the right to any refund or cover any additional costs incurred by customer as a result.

TERMS OF BOOKING

Offered services are presented on our website with detailed descriptions and photographs. There are tabs with all program details including available dates and prices to be booked online. Additional information may be requested via email regarding any tourist services for which the company is registered.

All of our tours are held outdoors, therefore affected by weather and traffic conditions, situation on premises and all other unforeseen circumstances and as such the tour guides may adjust the itinerary to optimize your experience.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSABILITIES

Customer must inform us in writing of any medical condition that requires attention or medication before your tour commences. This in particular regarding Customers who join tours which include a lot of walking on uneven surface and require one’s good physical condition.

Customers are obligated to read information and advices about the tour they participate in and to dress according to weather conditions. Agency denies any liability in that case.

During the tour, your tour guide may take photographs and films of you (as part of a group) while you are a passenger and these may be used in our brochures, advertising and publicity material and/or social networks with Customers consent.

CANCELLATION OF TRAVEL

Any changes from Customer must be made by telephone to Agency at +385912225066, by email at [email protected] or directly in Agency office (Majstora Jurja 13, Split). Reservation modification which made a change in the number of people or the date of the service must be made no later than 24 hours before date of departure.

AGENCY CANCELLATION POLICY

Our tours itineraries are subject to change depending on group abilities and preferences but also weather conditions, water levels, other acts of God, special events of interest and similar. For Client’s safety and comfort reasons, the Agency reserves the right to alternate program without prior notice. In case of major changes or cancellations of a specific program booked by the Client, the Agency will advise the Client as soon as possible and provide the following options:

  • a) Client may accept a new departure date or destination
  • b) Client may accept a replacement package/excursion of equivalent or closely similar itinerary
  • c) Client may cancel his/her booking altogether

EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS

We reschedule the activity in case of extreme weather conditions, extraordinary circumstances, which could not have been foreseen or avoided, or have occurred immediately. The activity is than rescheduled for a day or two – prior or after the date booked.

Under no circumstances can we be held responsible for weather conditions.

INSURANCE

During our trips your safety is our primary task. All our guides are always making sure everyone on the trip is well informed about all the safety procedures and they are always ready to answer all your questions regarding safety and help you in a case of need.

Your safety being number one priority to us means we are always doing everything possible for you to able to enjoy your trip and relax completely. Of course, as in any other life situations there is always a possibility of things happening differently than planned. Therefore, all our trips without exception have injury insurance included in the price of the trip.

COMPLAINS AND REFUND CLAIMS

Please contact your tour guide or representative immediately if the tour services are incomplete or executed below standard. We will consider the refund claims as invalid unless the Agency was notified on time. Please send all refund claims to the Agency in written within 7 days of the completion of the trip.

The Client is entitled to compensation in the amount of real value of services that have not been provided. All and any possible disputes shall be settled at a Split based court.

COURT JURISDICTION

This website has been designed for use within the Republic of Croatia. By accessing this website you are agreeing that the Courts of Croatia will deal with any disputes which may arise between you and us, and that Croatian law shall be the applicable law.

The contents and formats on these websites, with the exception of the parts of text and pictures that have no commercial character and are exclusively meant for the purpose of guest information and the promotion of tourist services in Croatia, are owned by the Agency. The contents may be copied only for noncommercial purposes and for individual use, respecting all copyrights and owner’s rights.
